A Resolution declaring it <br />necessary to improve Canterbury Road from Lorain Road to a drainage ditch 3000 <br />feet northerly therefroms be constructing therein a storm sewer. It was moved <br />and seconded that the statutory rule be suspended and the Resolution be read imme- <br />diately the second and third times and put on its passage.
