<br />Resolution #2024 was introduced by Mr. Neubauer. A Resolution declaring it
<br />necessary to improve Canterbury Road from Lorain Road to a drainage ditch 3000
<br />feet northerly therefroms be constructing therein a storm sewer. It was moved
<br />and seconded that the statutory rule be suspended and the Resolution be read imme-
<br />diately the second and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on
<br />. said motion was as followsi Bakers Crider, Decker, Knapp, Kramer, IJeubauer, Schwenk.
<br />Thereupon the Resolution was read the secorld and third times and put upon its passage

<br />Louis Dxive from P. DiGioia in the amount of S-13,417.00. Engineer's Estimate.was
