<br />The undersignedp City Auditor, as the fiscal officer of the City of North Olmsted,
<br />Ohio,,as defined by Section 133.01 of the Revised Code of Ohio, hereby certifies as
<br />follows:
<br />1. That the estirnated life of the property or improvement referred to in your
<br />Resolution No. 202$ of September 7, 19542 is hereby certified to be at least ten
<br />Years,
<br />2. The maximum maturity of such notes calculated in accordance with the provisions
<br />of Section 133.20 of the Revised Code of Ohio is two years.
<br />3. The maximutn maturity of the bonds contemplated by said ordinance author3zing
<br />issuing of notes is ten years.

<br />with the improvement of Wellesley Averius from Elmhurst Road to Broxbourne Road
<br />by constructing therein a water main. It was moved and secanded'that the statutory
<br />rule be suspended and the Ordinance be read immediately the second and third times
<br />and put on its pa,ssage. The affin:sative vote- on aaid motion was as follows: Balser,
<br />Cridero Decker, Knapp, Kramer, Neubauer, 5chwenlc. Thereupon the Ordinance was read
<br />the second and third times and put upon its passage and the affirmative vote thereon
<br />was as follows: Baker,, Crider., Decker, Knapp, Kramer, Neubauer, Schwenk.
<br />Reaolution #2030 was introduced by Mr. Kramer. A Resolution requesting the Auditor
<br />to furnisha certificate of the estimated life or u3efulness of the improvement of
<br />wellesley Avenue fro:n Llmhurst Road to Broxbourna Road by constructing therQin a
