-5- September 7, 1954 <br />A motion was made by Mr. Baker and seconded by Mr. Schwenk that the Auditor be <br />authorized to pa.y the above claim by Mrs. Teichert. "Yeas" Balcer, Crider, Decker, <br />KnaAP, Kramer., Neubauer, Schwenk. <br />The Law Director presented a release in the amount of $50.00 signed by Mrs. T. W. <br />wilder, who sustained an injury when she tripped over stairs in the Commuziity Club <br />House. <br />The LaW Director was instructed to check with our insurance company before takiag <br />action on the above clafm. <br />A motion was ma.de by Mr. Kramer and seconded by Mr. Decker authorizing the Safety- <br />Seryi,ce Director to advertise for bids for a water main on We1lesley Arenue. <br />"Yeas" Baker, Crider, Decker, Knapp, Kramer,, Neubauer, Schwenk. <br />Mr• Schmeller wanted to knvw if the sewer running along proposed Brool;park Road <br />Extension belonged to the City of North Olmsted, also irho would haul the dirt away <br />13*ing on the sewer. <br />Mr. Nlitchell wanted to know if the City of?North Olmsted had control of the above <br />mentioned sewer, or who did if we did not. <br />The Building Commissioner's report was read showing that permits in the amount of <br />$1287.45 were issued during the month of August.
