<br />The Satety-Service Director sLated that the Planning Commiasion recamended to
<br />Council that the plat for Weatchester Estates Snb-Division No: 3 containing
<br />lots 32 through 57s be`approved,.recommendation based on the ability ot ths _
<br />developer to furnish bon8 or cash ror the cmpletion oi said development. -
<br />Qrdinance #2408 was introduced by Mr. Baker, Ari Ordiaance accepting the plat
<br />ot Westcheater Eatates Sub-Diviaion #3 !or dedication and recording. It wae.
<br />moved•and seconded that the statutory rule be anspended and the Ordiaance be
<br />read immecLiBtely the second and third times and paxt oa its paasage. The aflir-
<br />a?ative vote on maid motion was as tollows: Baker, Crider, Deckers gnapp,
<br />Kramer, Neubauer, Schwenk. Thexeupoa the Ordinauca was read the sacond and third
<br />times and put upon its passage and the airinnative vote thereon was as folloors:

<br />The Safety-gervice Director stated that the Planning Camission recamended to

<br />Oniinance #2009 was latroduced by Mr, Schwenk. An Ordinance accepting the plat
<br />°f Twin Circle Sub-Division !or dedicatioa and recording. It was moved and
<br />seconded that the statutory rule be suepended and the Ordinance be read imme-

<br />A motion was made by Kramer aud seconded by Mr. Baker, that tbe bond of Harry
<br />stePler in the amount of $32,683,95 by the Trareler'e Indemmnity Campary ot Hart-
<br />toi'd, Conn. be approved. "Yeaa" Bakerp Crider, Decker, Knapp, Kramer, Neubauer,

<br />Mr• Schwenk, Chairman of the Safety Cammittee reported that the 5afety Director
<br />and the Police Chief reccaamended a bliaker light inatalled at Maple B,idge and
<br />Clague R.oada, due to a mamber ot accidents occurring at this point.
<br />A motion was made by Mr. Schwenk and aeconded by Mr. Neubauer that the Safety-
<br />Service Director be authorized to install a blinker lighb at Msple Ridge and.
