Deckerp Kr,app? gramer, <br />Neubauer, Schwenk. _ <br />. <br />The Satety-Service Director sLated that the Planning Commiasion recamended to <br />Council that the plat for Weatchester Estates Snb-Division No: 3 containing <br />lots 32 through 57s be`approved,.recommendation based on the ability ot ths _ <br />developer to furnish bon8 or cash ror the cmpletion oi said development. - <br />Qrdinance #2408 was introduced by Mr. Baker, Ari Ordiaance accepting the plat <br />ot Westcheater Eatates Sub-Diviaion #3 !or dedication and recording. It wae. <br />moved•and seconded that the statutory rule be anspended and the Ordiaance be <br />read immecLiBtely the second and third times and paxt oa its paasage.
