<br />Resolution #2006 was irztroduced by Mr. Kra*ner. A ResoZution requesting the
<br />Auditor to furnish ce:-tificate of the estimated life or usefulness of the ac-
<br />quisition of re41 estate for future construction of fire houses 4nd for the
<br />purchase 'of fire apparatus and to certify the maximum maturity of bonds. It tiras moved and seccnded that the statutory rule be susFended and the R3solu-
<br />tion be read immediately the second and third t3mes and,.put on its passagp.

<br />North 07msted, Ohio, as defined by Section 133.01 of thQ Fevised Code of Ohio,
<br />hsreby certifies as foll.otas: ' .
<br />l. That the estimated Zife of the property or improvement referred to in
<br />Your Resolution No. 2006 of Ju17 9, 1954, is hereby certified to be in excess of
<br />fourteen years, as measured by the weighted average of the amounts proposed
<br />to be expended for 5aid classes 3n accordance with Section 133.20 of the ftevised
<br />Statutes of Ohio,
<br />2. The maximum maturity of the bonds contemplated by said Resolution is
<br />fourteen years.

<br />and the Resolution be read immediately the second and third times and put on its

<br />Decker, Knapp, Kramer, Neubauer, Schwenk. Thereupon the Reso2ution was ^ead the
<br />second and third times and put upon its passage and the affiri:iative vote thAreon
