<br />DECEMBER 11, 1956 <br />MIDIUTES OF AN ADJOURNED MEETING OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NOftTH OLMSTED, OHIO <br />Present were Dr. C. B. Lewis, Mayor, E. W. Baumgardner, President of Council, <br />Harry M. Crider, R. L. Decker, William H. Kramer, Bruce MacDonald, R. G. Neubauer, <br />G. H. Schwenk. Mr. Baker was absent. • <br />Also present were F. G. Kitson, Solicitor, James F. Votava, 5afety-Service <br />Director., E. M. Christman, Clerk.' Everett Dean, Engineer was absent. <br />The Mayor read a'letter from Housing and Home Finance Agency in regard to <br />approval of our application for $30,000.00 loan, _ <br />Resolution #2k11 was introduced by Mr. Crider. A Resolution authorizing the <br />Mayor and Director of Public Service to accept and execute agreement for loan <br />in connection with public works plan preparation offered bp the United States <br />of America. It was moved and seconded that the statutory rule be suspanded and <br />the Resolution be read immediately the second and third times and put on its pas- <br />sage. The affirma.tive vote on.said motion was as follows: Baker, Crider, Decker, <br />Kramer, MacDonald, Neubauer, Schwenk. Thereupon the Resolution,,was read the secand <br />and third times and put upon its passage and the affirmative irote thereon was as <br />follows: Baker, Crider, Decker, Kramer, MacDonald, Neubauer, Schwenk. . <br />The meeting adjourned to the call of t-he Clork_ <br />E.
