<br />Director, Everett Dean, Engineer,, E. M. Christman.. Clerk.
<br />In the absence of the Mayor, E. W. BaumgazYlner became Acting Mapor and Robert L.
<br />Decker$ became President pro tem.
<br />A motion was made by Mr. Kramer and seconded bq Mr. Neubauer that the minutes oP

<br />Neubaner., Schwenk. Ths Safety-Service Director stated that he requeated a list from the Civil Service
<br />Cammiasion Yor three fire¢nen, that only two namas were ou.the eligible liat, and
<br />that Wilfred Limpert had turned dawa the appoiatment at this time. He., therePore,,
<br />appointed Frank Eakins as Fireman., efiective December 1, 195bo
<br />A motion was made by Mr. Cr3der and eeconied by Mr. MacDonald that the appointment
<br />or Frank Eskins be appraved. "Yeaa" Crider., Dscken Kramers MacDonald$, Neubauer.,
<br />Schwenk.
<br />The Safety-Service Director appoi.nted James McKean as night man in the Bus Garage.
<br />A motion Was made by Mr. Schwenk and seconded by Mr. Krmner that ths above appoint-
<br />ment be appraved. "Yeas" Crider, Beek" Kramer,, MacDonald, Neubauer., Schwenk.
<br />The Planning Camaission recanmended the acceptance of the Ohio Shorea Conetruction
<br />Corporationj Sub-Divisions l and 2, for recording purposes only. The Engineerla
<br />letter . was readp stating -that all condit ions were t'avorable in the abova allotmento
<br />Inasmuch as the Engineer did not sign the plat, no action could be taken.
<br />Mr. Yehlik secured written permission iram the property awners to deepen., straighten
<br />and service the ditch westerly to the end of the county line, as shown on plat.
<br />A cammunication was read fron Zehman, Woli & Shezman Construction Co., stating that
<br />they would deposit with the City the amount af the contract price prior to the
<br />letting of the contract tor deepen3ng arA atraightening the abave-mentioned ditch.
<br />Mr. Neubauerp Chairman of the Utilitiea Cecunittee., reported that the ca=ittee
