<br />Present were Dr. C. B. Lewi.s., Mayor., E. W. Batangardner, President of Council,
<br />L. H. Eaker, Harry M. Crider, R. L. Decker, :v'illiam F. Kraner, Bruce W.
<br />14acDonald, G. H. Schwenk. Mr. Neubauer was absent.
<br />Also present were F. G. Kitson, Solicitor, James F. Votava, Safety-SPrvice Direc- '
<br />tor, Ix'ving Dean, Engineer., E. M.'Chri.stman, C].erk.
<br />Amotion was made by Mr. Krarner and secanded brr lTr. Schz,renk that the minutes of
<br />' Augu?t 7, 1956 be approved as read. "Yeas't Baker, Crider, Decker? Kramer, ' Mac-
<br />? Donald, Schwenk.
<br />? The Safety-Service Director stated that bids had been received on tires and tubes
<br />and it was the reccmmendation of the Board of Control that contract be atrarded
<br />to Penrose T3re Service, Inc.
<br />Resolution #2352 zras introduced by 24r. 'Ochwenk. A Resolutian authorizing and
<br />directina the Director of Public Service to enter into a contract for the pun-
<br />cha3e of tires and tubes for use on mobils equipment crdned and operated by the
<br />City of North Olmsted. It was moved and seconded that the statutory rule be sus- .
<br />Pended and the Resolution be read imnediately the second' and third times an3 put
<br />on its pa3,age. The affizmative vote on said motion was as follows: Baker, Crider,
<br />Decker, Kramer, MacDonald,, Schwenk. Thereupon the Resolution was read the second
<br />and third times and put upon its passage and the affirnative vote thereon was as`
<br />follaas: Baker, Crider, Decl;er, Kramer, MacDenald, Schwenk.
