Christman, C2erk. . <br />k A motion wa,s made by Mr. Kralaer and seconied by Z3r. Crider that the minutes of <br />' JUIY 3, 1956 be approved as eorrected. "Yeas" Baker, Crider, Decker, Kr3raers Mac <br />? Dona].d, Neubauer, Schwenk. A motion was made by Mr. Baker and seconded by Mr. Decker that ths minutes of July 6. <br />1956 be approved as read. "Yeas" Ba.ker, Crider, Decker, Kramer, MacDonald, Neubauer, <br />Schwenk. <br />The Planning Ccmmission recommended that the plat of C& K Builders, Leeland Sub- <br />pivision #2 be accepted for sub-division and reeording purposes only. The Engineer's <br />lettex was read, stating that the estimated cost for the above imprcveaent was <br />023,5o0.op. <br />flrdinance #2331 was introduced by Mr. Baker. An Ordinance accepting the plat of <br />C& K Builders, Inc. for Leeland Sub-Division ;p for sub-division and recording pur- <br />p°Oes only. It was moved and seconded that the statutory rule be suspended and the <br />Ordina.nce be read immediAtely the second and third times and put on its passage. The <br />affirma,tive vote on said motion was as follows: Bakerj, Crider, Deckers Kraner, <br />MacDonald, Neubauer, Schwenk. 1'hereupon the Ordinanee was read the second and third <br />times and put upon its passage and the aftirmative vote thereon was as followss <br />Baker, Crider, Decker, Kramer, MacDonald, Neutauer, Schwenk. _~- <br />The Planning Commission recanmended that Martin and Lansing Drives , <br />awners now $01 in width <br />be made 60, in wf,dth, by abandoning 10 feet on each side to ths abutting property <br />. <br />A metion was made by Mr. Baker a.nd seconded by Mr. Kramer that the above matter be <br />referred to the Solicitor. A:iesolution accepting bid for labor <br />and material far 3aprovenent of Columbia Road frm Lorain Road t o Mastick Road, by <br />constructing and install3.ng a five foot concrete public sidewalk on the easterly <br />side thereof. Mr. Neubauer stated tha.t the Bus Drivers' Committee should not be <br />bargaining f or an incrvase Por salaried emploqeesp bamme about 50;$ of the drivers <br />belonged to the union.
