( € _z_ 7 3-5b Mr. Crider stated that` he had met Vrith Mr. Kuhn of Floyd G. F3rrn,tims and Associates and secured a copy of a, Resolution to improve, enlarge and expand the sanitary and t storm water drainage systems of the City of North Olmsted. The matter was referred to the Solicitor , The President of Council referred t o a meeting with Mr. Kuhn and stated that the cost of a ttaster plan urould be appro:?O_mately `15,000.00 for sanitary sewers and ? ?$,500.00 f or storm sewers. The Solicitor was instructed to prepare a resolution. Mr. Volk and i-7r. Reece of Columbia Road called attention to the lar?e nwnber of accidents which occurred in front - of the ir residences on Bodeck°r Hill and awked that Councia, take some action to try to eliminate soQn.e of these accidents. The matter ?Jras referrad to the' Safety Committee :for immediate action. ? Mr• Warner, residing next door to the Clague Road playground dr3.ve asked Council ' to do sanething about the dust and the children'running, over his property. He Requested that a fence be erected. McKendry, 23422 TiJestchester Drive rranted to know Vrhen the new pavenent was going in on Westchester Drive. The Mayor was asked to get.in touch with the Engineer regarding this. The 14ayor stated that the Water Pollution Contro3 Board had renewed our permit until September 15, 19560 The gayor requested that council consider having an ordinance governing Dutch Elm Disease. , ?. <.
