<br />MINUTES OF A IIEETING OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY CF

<br />Present were Dr. C. B. Lewis, Mayor, E. W. Bau;igardner., President of Council,
<br />L• H. Baker? Harry M. Crider., William H. Kramer., Bruce W. MacDonald., R. G.
<br />Neubauer, G. H. Schwenk. ` N?.r. Decker was absent. ' -
<br />? Also present were F. G. Kitson, Solicitor, James F. Votava, Safety-Service Direc-
<br />tor, Everett Dean, Engineer, E, M. Christman, Clerk.
<br />A motion was made by Mr. Kramer arri seconded by Mr. Neubauer that the minutes of
<br />? MaY 15, 1956 be approved as read. "Yeas" Baker, Crider,, Kramer, N;acDonald.,
<br />Neubauer, Schwenk.
<br />; A motion was made by Mr. Schwenk arrl seconded by Mr. MacDonald that the minutes of
<br />MaY 29, 1956 be approved as corrected. "Yeas" Baker, Crider, Kramer, MacDonald,

<br />'k' Coamnunication was read fram the Planning Coanmi.ssion recarnnending that the plat
<br />of the LeBern 5ub-Division be accepted for dedication.
<br />A mot3on was ma,de by Mr. Neubauer and secanded by tSr. Kramer that the band of
<br />G-L Development Co. Inc. (LeBern Subdivision) by the Continental Casualty Co. of
<br />Colwnbus, Ohio in the amount of $4$.,000.00 be accepted,, sub3ect to payment of
<br />Z% fer inspection and engineering, "Yeas" Baker$ Criderq Kramer., MacDonalds
<br />Neubauerp Schwenk.

<br />and seconded that the atatutory rule be suspended and the Ordinance be read imme- !
<br />cliately the second and third timss and put on its passage. ` The affinnative vote ?

<br />A CCMMV-nication was read from the Planning Ccmnission which rafer:ed to K& L
<br />$uilders o plans f or a`new development on Fit ch Ra3d ` in OLnst ed Tournship, with the
<br />re quest for annexation to North 4lmsted." The Planning Comaission felt that the ?
<br />'drainage problem should be approved by Council before ar?y further action is taken ;
<br />? bY the Planning Caanmission.
<br />A motion was made by Mr. Baker and seconded by Mr. Kramer that the Planning Cdounission #
<br />? continue talks with the developers on property in Fitch Road. "Yeas" Baker, Kramer, ;
<br />MacDonald, Neubauer, Schwenlt, nNayn Crider. ?
<br />Jack Esgar, Secretary of the Planning Commission, brought up the question as to
<br />whEther_Council would accept package type disposal plants. ;

<br />? motion was made by Mr. Neubausr and secaruled by Mr. Crider that we reject pa.ckage

<br />The Safety,-Service Director stated that bids were recd ved on June 2, 1956
<br />for corstructing a parking lot, drives and wal.ks at t.he Ccamr?unity Club House,3n

<br />A notion was made by Mr. Schwenk and seconded by Mr. Crider that tle Board of

<br />1'he Safety-Service Director reported that he had an estimate on the cost of cleaning
<br />the Alexarder Roa,d sewer -$17.50 per hour for equ3pmerYt and men and that it would
<br />take from five to seven days to do the 3 ob.
