<br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR VARIOUS ADMINISTRATIVE AND
<br /> LEGISLATIVE PERSONNEL FOR THE YEARS 2012, 2013 AND 2014 TO RETROACTIVELY RESTATE THE 2013
<br /> AND 2014 SALARY RANGES FOR THE CITY PROSECUTOR AND NUTRITION AIDES; TO AMEND SECTION 8C TO
<br /> RETROACTIVELY ALLOW FOR SUPPORT PERSONNEL (PART-TIME/SEASONAL); TO AMEND SECTION 7 D6 FOR
<br /> AN INCREASE IN THE RANGE FOR SUPPORT PERSONNEL (PART-TIME/SEASONAL) FOR 2014; AND TO
<br /> OTHERWISE RESTATE THE COMPENSATION RATES AND DESCRIPTIONS FOR VARIOUS ADMINISTRATIVE
<br /> AND LEGISLATIVE PERSONNEL FOR THE YEARS 2012, 2013 AND 2014 , AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF
<br /> CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO:
<br /> Section 1: That the following salary ranges are hereby established for legislative employees for the office of
<br /> Council. The salaries in this Section shall be determined by City Council as appropriate.
<br /> (BW = Biweekly; PH = Per Hour)
<br /> To Pay
<br /> A. Office of Council FROM 2012 2013 2014 Type
<br /> 1. President of Council (established by separate Ordinance 2013-13, through 2017)
<br /> 2. Council-At-Large Members (established by separate Ordinance 2011-7, through 2015)
<br /> 3. Ward Council Members (established by separate Ordinance 2013-13, through 2017)
<br /> 4. Clerk of Council 1,576.92 2,207.70 2,251.85 2,296.89 BW
<br /> 5. Temporary Clerk of Council shall receive $15 PH per meeting and not less than $25 per meeting.
<br /> Section 2: That the following salary ranges are hereby established for employees of the Department of Law. The
<br /> salaries in this Section shall be determined by the Director of Law as appropriate.
