CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE NO. 2014 - 4 BY: Mayor Kennedy AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2012-57 TO ESTABLISH ADDITIONAL FEES RANGES FOR NEWLY CREATED FITNESS PROGRAMS AND TO RESTATE THE PROGRAM FEES FOR USE OF PARK AND RECREATION FACILITIES. WHEREAS, by virtue of Ordinance No. 2006-94 (which repealed and replaced Ordinance No. 2004-85) Council has established rates and fees for the use of the facilities and programs of the Division of Parks and Recreation; and WHEREAS, upon the request of the Recreation Commissioner and the Mayor, Council amended and restructured the price ranges by virtue of Ordinance 2012-57; and WHEREAS, the Recreation Commissioner, by and through the Mayor, requests establishment of price ranges for new fitness programs at the Recreation Center; and WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council, anticipating new fitness programs at the Recreation Center, to adopt additional fees schedules and ranges for such services and facilities; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, CUYAHOGA COUNTY,AND STATE OF OHIO: SECTION 1: That the price ranges and fee structures as established in Ordinance No. 2012-57, which presently read in entirety as set forth in Exhibit A, which is attached to this Ordinance and incorporated by reference as if fully rewritten herein, shall be amended and, as amended, shall read in its entirety as set forth in Exhibit B, which is likewise attached to this Ordinance and likewise incorporated by reference as if fully rewritten herein. SECTION 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after the earliest date provided for by law.
