CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 2014 -30 <br />BY: Mayor Kennedy <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR VARIOUS ADMINISTRATIVE AND <br />LEGISLATIVE PERSONNEL FOR THE YEAR 2014 TO INCREASE THE SALARY RANGE FOR SUPPORT <br />PERSONNEL (PART- TIME /SEASONAL) FOR HUMAN RESOURCES, OFFICE OF THE DIRECTOR AND DIVISION OF <br />INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY, DEPARTMENT OF PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT, OFFICE OF THE DIRECTOR <br />AND DIVISION OF BUILDING, DIVISION OF SPRINGVALE GOLF COURSE AND DIVISION OF PARKS AND <br />RECREATION (SECTIONS 5A, 5B, 6A, 6B, 9A AND 10A) FOR 2014; AND TO OTHERWISE RESTATE THE <br />COMPENSATION RATES AND DESCRIPTIONS FOR VARIOUS ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEGISLATIVE PERSONNEL <br />FOR THE YEAR 2014, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY, AS AMENDED. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF <br />CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />Section 1: That the following salary ranges are hereby established for legislative employees for the office of <br />Council. The salaries in this Section shall be determined by City Council as appropriate. <br />Section 2: That the following salary ranges are hereby established for employees of the Department of Law.
