17 <br />FIREHOUSE <br />Software <br />A Xerox Solution <br />2.0 Other Xerox Services <br />Services provided to Customer by Xerox, that are beyond the scope of this Agreement, or are in <br />addition to or supplemental to the scope of this Agreement, will be provided at the then current Xerox <br />labor rate during the Term. The Xerox Account Manager will always obtain prior approval from <br />Customer on the nature of the services, personnel assigned and estimated time and expenses to be <br />incurred. All such services will be performed in accordance with a fully executed Supplemental <br />Service Agreement. <br />Pricing Assumptions: <br />Except as otherwise set forth herein, travel, lodging, meals and incidental expenses for Xerox <br />staff that are directly related to performing the specific deliverables of this Agreement will be <br />the responsibility of Xerox. <br />Any other "expenses" that fall outside the deliverables of this Agreement will be the <br />responsibility of Customer.
