AGREEMENT <br />This agreement is entered into the day of, 2014 between the CITY <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED, OHIO ( "City "), 5200 Dover Center Road, North Olmsted, <br />Ohio 44070, and the NORTH OLMSTED CITY SCHOOL DISRICT BOARD OF <br />EDUCATION, ( "School District "), 27425 Butternut Ridge Road, North Olmsted, Ohio <br />44070. <br />WHEREAS, the School District wishes to contract with the City to provide a North <br />Olmsted Police Officer to serve as a full time -time School Resource Officer to work <br />under the direction of the City and the School District's School Resource Officer <br />program <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City and School District do hereby agree as follows: <br />The term of this agreement shall be defined as the 2014 /2015 school year. <br />The Board of Education of the North Olmsted City School District agrees to pay to <br />the City of North Olmsted an amount not to exceed $89,056.60 for the 2014 /2015 school <br />year to be used towards Office Carbone's salary and benefits. The City will invoice the <br />District the total sum of $89,056.60. Officer Carbone shall remain an employee of the <br />City at all times for all employment- related purposes. <br />The City reserves the right to pull the High School Resource Officer at any time due to <br />any city emergency. The Parties agree that the position of the High School Resource <br />Officer will be reviewed annually as part of a budgetary review process. This agreement <br />may be terminated by either party for any reason.
