AMENDED DECLARATION OF RESTRICTIONS <br />This Amended Declaration of Restrictions (the "Amended Declaration of Restrictions ") is <br />made by Gus Georgalis, the "Declarant ". <br />WITNFCCFTN <br />Whereas, Declarant is the owner of the real property located in the City of North <br />Olmsted, State of Ohio and County of Cuyahoga, and more legally described as follows: <br />Situated in the City of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio, <br />and known as being Sublet No. 132 in The S.H. Kleinman Realty Company's <br />Westwood Subdivision of a part of Original Dover Township Lot No. 6, as shown <br />by the recorded plat in Volume 53 of Maps, Page 22 of Cuyahoga County <br />Records, and being 47.17 feet front on the Easterly side of Silverdale Road, and <br />extending back from the center line of said Road, 233.02 feet on the Northerly <br />line, 228.72 feet on the Southerly line, and having a rear line of 47.37 feet, as <br />appears by said plat <br />and hereinafter referred to as the "Property;" <br />WHEREAS, Declarant in a Declaration of Restrictions, filed with the Cuyahoga County <br />Recorder's Office on December 18, 1990 at Vol. 90 -7826, Page 12, (the "Original Declaration of <br />Restriction and together with the Amended Declaration of Restriction collectively the <br />"Declaration of Restrictions ") for the benefit of the City of North Olmsted and surrounding and <br />abutting landowners, restricted the use of the Property as follows: <br />FIRST: That the Property shall be used exclusively for a parking jot as an <br />accessory use to the adjacent parcels to the south fronting upon Lorain <br />Road and there shall not be erected upon the Property any building. This <br />First Restriction is made for the benefit of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, <br />and the owners of property adjacent to the Property. <br />
