<br />AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR VARIOUS ADMINISTRATIVE AND
<br />LEGISLATIVE PERSONNEL FOR THE YEARS 2015, 2016 AND 2017 BY INCREASING THE SALARY RANGES TWO
<br />PERCENT (2 %) EACH YEAR; AND AUTHORIZING THE OPTION TO SELL BACK VACATION FOR 2015 ONLY TO
<br />ASSIST WITH THE PAYROLL CHANGE TO ONE WEEK IN ARREARS; AND TO OTHERWISE RESTATE THE
<br />COMPENSATION RATES AND DESCRIPTIONS FOR VARIOUS ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEGISLATIVE PERSONNEL
<br />FOR THE YEAR 2015, 2016 AND 2017, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF
<br />CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO:
<br />Section 1: That the following salary ranges are hereby established for legislative employees for the office of
<br />Council. The salaries in this Section shall be determined by City Council as appropriate.
