<br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR VARIOUS ADMINISTRATIVE AND
<br /> LEGISLATIVE PERSONNEL FOR THE YEARS 2015, 2016 AND 2017 BY ESTABLISHING SUPPORT PERSONNEL
<br /> UNDER THE DIVISION OF AGING (SECTION 5C 6), CORRECTION OFFICERS PART-TIME, AND SUPPORT
<br /> PERSONNEL UNDER THE DIVISION OF POLICE (SECTION 8B 5 AND 6); AND TO AMEND THE ESTABLISHED
<br /> RATES FOR SUPPORT PERSONNEL UNDER THE DIVISION OF PUBLIC WORKS AND DIVISION OF FLEET; AND
<br /> TO OTHERWISE RESTATE, WITH VARIOUS TECHNICAL CORRECTIONS, THE COMPENSATION RATES AND
<br /> DESCRIPTIONS FOR VARIOUS ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEGISLATIVE PERSONNEL FOR THE YEAR 2015, 2016
<br /> AND 2017, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF
<br /> CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO:
<br /> Section 1: That the following salary ranges are hereby established for legislative employees for the office of
<br /> Council. The salaries in this Section shall be determined by City Council as appropriate.
<br /> (BW = Biweekly; PH = Per Hour)
<br /> To Pay
<br /> A. Office of Council FROM 2015 2016 2017 Type
<br /> 1. President of Council (established by separate Ordinance 2013-13,through 2017)
<br /> 2. Council-At-Large Members (established by separate Ordinance 2011-7,through 2015)
<br /> 3. Ward Council Members (established by separate Ordinance 2013-13, through 2017)
<br /> 4. Clerk of Council 1,608.46 2,342.83 2,389.68 2,437.48 BW
<br /> 5. Temporary Clerk of Council shall receive$15 PH per meeting and not less than $25 per meeting.
<br /> Section 2: That the following salary ranges are hereby established for employees of the Department of Law. The
<br /> salaries in this Section shall be determined by the Director of Law as appropriate.
