MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE COUNCIL <br /> OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br /> MARCH 3, 2015 <br /> Present: Council President Jones, Council Members Barker, Brossard, Hemann, <br /> Kearney, Limped and Williamson <br /> Also Present: Mayor Kennedy, Director of Law Gareau, Director of Finance Copfer, <br /> Clerk of Council Gallo, Director of Safety/Service Glauner and Director <br /> of Planning/Development Wenger <br /> Absent: Council Member Schumann <br /> Director of Human Resources Farver <br /> Council President Jones called the meeting to order at 8:00 p.m. in Council Chambers, <br /> 5200 Dover Center Road,North Olmsted, Ohio. <br /> Members of the audience were invited to join Council in the recitation of the Pledge of <br /> Allegiance. <br /> The Council meeting minutes of February 17, 2015 and special Council meeting minutes <br /> of February 25, 2015 were approved as written. <br /> There will be no legislation considered for passage under suspension of the rules this <br /> evening. <br /> Councilman Barker made a motion to adjourn into executive session to discuss pending <br /> litigation. The motion was seconded by Councilman Kearney and passed unanimously. <br /> Council adjourned into executive session at 8:02 p.m. <br /> Council reconvened at 8:33 p.m. <br /> REPORTS <br /> Mayor Kennedy: <br /> • The Springvale Fish Fry has been going very well. The first charity made $1,400 <br /> in tips. St. Brendan's made almost $1,700 in tips and a bake sale. That was the <br /> most people he has ever seen at Springvale for a Fish Fry. <br /> • Safety Town registration can be done at the public library, North Olmsted Police <br /> Dept. or on the city's website. <br /> • A helicopter used to count deer will be out this weekend to help formulate a plan <br /> for deer management in the city. <br /> Director of Law Gareau: <br /> • No report. <br /> Director of Finance Copfer: <br /> • No report. <br />
