Mayor and Council City of North Olmsted 5200 Dover Center Road North Olmsted, Ohio 44070 Re: The Resurfacing of Bradley Road from the North Olmsted west corporation line to White Oak Lane; County ID No. 1163 Dear Mayor and Council: We have evaluated your request for County assistance for improving the above referenced roadway. We are willing to cooperate to the extent set forth in the enclosed Agreement. As per the enclosed agreement, the County shall contribute one-hundred percent (100%) of the cost of construction of the resurfacing project. The County will arrange for the preparation of construction plans and specifications, including necessary engineering reports, and for the supervision and administration of the construction contract. It is anticipated that this project will be bid in 2016. Enclosed herein please find: 1. One (1) copy of an Agreement of Cooperation between the County of Cuyahoga, Ohio, and the City of North Olmsted; 2. One (1) copy of an Ordinance of consent; and 3. One (1) copy of Motor Vehicle License Tax Application MPD 1-72. Please properly execute and return all documents to this office for further processing. All copies must contain original signatures (signed in ink—no photocopied signatures, please). Also, the ordinance should bear a municipal seal or certification stamp.
