I. AUTHORITY TO SIGN <br /> 1. That the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted is hereby empowered and directed on <br /> behalf of the City to enter into agreements with the County necessary to complete the <br /> planning and construction of this improvement. <br /> 2. That the Mayor of said City is hereby empowered and directed on behalf of the City to <br /> make application to the County for approval to use County Motor Vehicle License Tax <br /> Funds for the improvement. <br /> SECTION 2: That the Mayor be and he hereby is authorized to enter into an Agreement <br /> with the County of Cuyahoga to provide for resurfacing of Mastick Road, from Columbia Road <br /> to the eastern City limits, upon such cooperative terms and conditions as outline hereinabove and <br /> as contained in the attached Agreement form. Said Agreement shall be in substantially the same <br /> form and substance as the contract attached hereto as Exhibit A, with only such changes thereto <br /> as are not substantially adverse to the City and which are approved by the Director of Law.
