Quit-Claim Deed <br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT Calvary Baptist Church, <br /> Independent, the Grantor,claiming title by or through instrument entered as Document No. <br /> 200612210094, Cuyahoga County Recorder's Office,for valuable consideration thereunto given, <br /> and especially for,the sum of Ten Dollars($10.00)received to its full satisfaction of The City of <br /> North Olmsted,the Grantee,whose tax mailing address is 5200 Dover Center Road,North <br /> Olmsted, Ohio 44070 does <br /> GIVE,GRANT,BARGAIN,REMISE,RELEASE AND FOREVER QUIT-CLAIM <br /> unto the said Grantee,its heirs and assigns, all right,title and interest as said Grantor had in and <br /> to the following described premises,situated in the City of North Olmsted,County of Cuyahoga <br /> and State of Ohio: <br /> Indicated on the County Auditor's Records as Permanent Number 234-1-6, and being <br /> part of a parcel of land in original Olmsted Township Tract No. 6,Lot No. 2,conveyed <br /> by Robert L. Steams to Mary Ann Jones by deed dated August 22, 1895, and recorded in <br /> Volume 606,page 530, Cuyahoga County Deed Record, which is bounded and described <br /> as follows: <br /> Beginning in the center line of Lorain Road at its intersection with the westerly line of <br /> said parcel of land, said point also being the most easterly corner of a two(2)acre parcel <br /> of land conveyed to Samuel W. Ruple by deed dated July 19, 1897 and recorded in <br /> Volume 657 page 630 of said deed records; thence north 45°57' 00"west along the <br /> north-easterly line of said 2 acre parcel of land,513.35 feet to a stone on the westerly <br /> line of Olmsted Township;thence north along the westerly line of Olmsted Township, <br /> 1645.87 feet to the principal place of beginning of the land herein described;Thence <br /> north along the westerly line of said Township,45.00 feet to a point which is distant <br /> south along said westerly line 59.50 feet from the southerly right of way line of the <br /> Cleveland and Elyria Railway Co.;thence east 185.00 feet to the westerly line of <br /> proposed Maple Drive,60 feet wide;thence south along the westerly line of proposed <br /> Maple Drive,45.00 feet; thence west 185.00 feet to the place of beginning; and being <br /> , further known as all of sublot no. 122 in the proposed Olmsted Estate Company's <br /> Subdivision. <br />
