In case Lessee fails to carry out any of the terms or conditions of this Lease,or for any reason <br /> is unable to conduct its business at the leased space, Lessor may terminate this Lease on three (3) <br /> days' written notice to Lessee. Upon such termination, all rights of Lessee to occupy or use the <br /> leased space shall end,and Lessee and all of its officers,agents,and employees shall at once vacate <br /> the space quietly and peacefully.
