Scholarship Winners —Information <br /> Brooke Bilinsky — is a senior at NOHS and will be attending Lake Erie College <br /> where she plans on studying Physical Therapy and be a part of their women's track <br /> and field team and throwing Discus and Shot Putt. She lettered 3 years in <br /> Volleyball at NOHS and was Captain her senior year, she also lettered 4 years in <br /> Track obtaining 2' and 3rd place in the SWC in Discus. Brooke is a SITES student <br /> and is involved with the morning announcements with the news team. She <br /> volunteers at St. Johns Westshore Hospital, coaches youth baseball, umpires, is a <br /> scorekeeper in other youth programs within the city and works at Chick-fil-a and <br /> the Rec Center. <br /> Brenna Brossard - is a senior at Magnificat High School, and will be attending <br /> Ohio University in Athens, where she will pursue a degree in Early Childhood <br /> Education, as well as certification as an Intervention Specialist. Some of Brenna's <br /> extra-curricular activities include: Magnificat varsity gymnastics, serves as a <br /> volunteer at the Youth Challenge organization, by helping children with physical <br /> disabilities to participate in adapted sports and activities, St. Brendan's Vacation <br /> Bible School volunteer, Magnificat Baking Club member, she works as a youth <br /> gymnastics coach at the North Olmsted Recreation Center and Participated in a <br /> Magnificat High School educational trip to Costa Rica, while paying her own way. <br /> She also participated in the Magnificat Outreach Club, by feeding the homeless at <br /> several Cleveland area catholic parishes. <br /> Elizabeth Fitzgerald - is a senior at Magnificat High School and will be attending <br /> the University of Cincinnati where she will major in Chemical Engineering. She <br /> ran Varsity Track for 3 years and Cross Country for 4 years. Elizabeth is an Eliza <br /> Jennings volunteer; she carries a 3.9 GPA, and is enrolled in honors courses. She is <br /> also a St. Brendan Vacation Bible School volunteer. Elizabeth was recently fully <br /> admitted to the National Honor Society. <br /> CANNOT ATTEND: Joshua Gilchrist — is a senior at NOHS and will be <br /> attending Lorain Community College/Toledo Partnership Program to study <br /> Computer Science. Joshua works at Stride Right, is the Computer Club President, <br /> he is involved in Band, Bowling, and Orchestra and plays the tuba and trombone. <br />
