Council Minutes of 09-29-2015 <br /> for use at the city's Springvale Golf Course and Ballroom facility; authorizing and <br /> directing the prepayment of an outstanding Note issued in anticipation of the Bonds; <br /> authorizing the execution and delivery of a Bond Registrar Agreement, a Continuing <br /> Disclosure Agreement and a Bond Purchase Agreement, and declaring an emergency. <br /> Councilman Kearney stated that he is in receipt of the Fiscal Officer's Certificate. <br /> Ordinance 2015-86 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. An <br /> Ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of Bonds in a maximum aggregate <br /> principal amount of $385,000 to provide funds to pay costs of renovating, remodeling, <br /> rehabilitating, equipping and otherwise improving the city's police station, together with <br /> all necessary appurtenances and work incidental thereto; authorizing and directing the <br /> prepayment of an outstanding Note issued in anticipation of the Bonds; authorizing the <br /> execution and delivery of a Bond Registrar Agreement, a Continuing Disclosure <br /> Agreement and a Bond Purchase Agreement, and declaring an emergency. Councilman <br /> Kearney stated that he is in receipt of the Fiscal Officer's Certificate. <br /> Ordinance 2015-87 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. An <br /> Ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of Bonds in a maximum aggregate <br /> principal amount of $1,270,000 to provide funds to pay costs of improving Great <br /> Northern Boulevard between certain termini, in cooperation with the Department of <br /> Transportation of the State of Ohio, by widening, constructing, reconstructing and <br /> rehabilitating the pavement base, preparing the surface, surfacing and resurfacing and <br /> installing traffic signs and signalization, where necessary, and improving Angela Drive <br /> and certain other designated streets in the city between certain termini by reconstructing <br /> and rehabilitating the pavement base, constructing and reconstructing curbs and curb <br /> ramps and adjusting catch basins, manholes and utility valve and monument boxes, where <br /> necessary, preparing the surface and resurfacing, and improving, in each case together <br /> with necessary appurtenances and work incidental thereto; authorizing and directing the <br /> prepayment of an outstanding Note issued in anticipation of the Bonds; authorizing the <br /> execution and delivery of a Bond Registrar Agreement, a Continuing Disclosure <br /> Agreement and a Bond Purchase Agreement, and declaring an emergency. Councilman <br /> Kearney stated that he is in receipt of the Fiscal Officer's Certificate. <br /> Ordinance 2015-88 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. An <br /> Ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of Bonds in a maximum aggregate <br /> principal amount of$2,260,000 for the purpose of refunding at a lower interest cost the <br /> $2,260,000 of the city's outstanding Capital Improvement and Refunding Bonds, Series <br /> 2006B dated as of May 3, 2006, that are stated to mature on December 1 in each of the <br /> years from 2017 through 2025 and were issued for the purpose of constructing, <br /> furnishing, equipping and otherwise improving a fire station, providing fire apparatus and <br /> equipment to be housed therein and acquiring, preparing and otherwise improving real <br /> estate and interests therein; authorizing and directing the call of all of the refunded Bonds <br /> for optional redemption; authorizing the execution and delivery of a Bond Registrar <br /> Agreement, a Continuing Disclosure Agreement and a Bond Purchase Agreement with <br /> respect to the refunding Bonds and an escrow agreement with respect to the refunding of <br /> refunded Bonds, and declaring an emergency. Councilman Kearney stated that he is in <br /> receipt of the Fiscal Officer's Certificate. <br /> 3 <br />
