Council Minutes of 09-29-2015 for use at the city's Springvale Golf Course and Ballroom facility; authorizing and directing the prepayment of an outstanding Note issued in anticipation of the Bonds; authorizing the execution and delivery of a Bond Registrar Agreement, a Continuing Disclosure Agreement and a Bond Purchase Agreement, and declaring an emergency. Councilman Kearney stated that he is in receipt of the Fiscal Officer's Certificate. Ordinance 2015-86 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. An Ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of Bonds in a maximum aggregate principal amount of $385,000 to provide funds to pay costs of renovating, remodeling, rehabilitating, equipping and otherwise improving the city's police station, together with all necessary appurtenances and work incidental thereto; authorizing and directing the prepayment of an outstanding Note issued in anticipation of the Bonds; authorizing the execution and delivery of a Bond Registrar Agreement, a Continuing Disclosure Agreement and a Bond Purchase Agreement, and declaring an emergency. Councilman Kearney stated that he is in receipt of the Fiscal Officer's Certificate. Ordinance 2015-87 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. An Ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of Bonds in a maximum aggregate principal amount of $1,270,000 to provide funds to pay costs of improving Great Northern Boulevard between certain termini, in cooperation with the Department of Transportation of the State of Ohio, by widening, constructing, reconstructing and rehabilitating the pavement base, preparing the surface, surfacing and resurfacing and installing traffic signs and signalization, where necessary, and improving Angela Drive and certain other designated streets in the city between certain termini by reconstructing and rehabilitating the pavement base, constructing and reconstructing curbs and curb ramps and adjusting catch basins, manholes and utility valve and monument boxes, where necessary, preparing the surface and resurfacing, and improving, in each case together with necessary appurtenances and work incidental thereto; authorizing and directing the prepayment of an outstanding Note issued in anticipation of the Bonds; authorizing the execution and delivery of a Bond Registrar Agreement, a Continuing Disclosure Agreement and a Bond Purchase Agreement, and declaring an emergency. An Ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of Bonds in a maximum aggregate principal amount of$2,260,000 for the purpose of refunding at a lower interest cost the $2,260,000 of the city's outstanding Capital Improvement and Refunding Bonds, Series 2006B dated as of May 3, 2006, that are stated to mature on December 1 in each of the years from 2017 through 2025 and were issued for the purpose of constructing, furnishing, equipping and otherwise improving a fire station, providing fire apparatus and equipment to be housed therein and acquiring, preparing and otherwise improving real estate and interests therein; authorizing and directing the call of all of the refunded Bonds for optional redemption; authorizing the execution and delivery of a Bond Registrar Agreement, a Continuing Disclosure Agreement and a Bond Purchase Agreement with respect to the refunding Bonds and an escrow agreement with respect to the refunding of refunded Bonds, and declaring an emergency.
