"Board," when used in this Code, means the Board of <br /> Zoning Appeals. <br /> (Ord. 90-125. Passed 5-21-91.) <br /> 1123.02 OFFICERS. <br /> The Board of Zoning Appeals shall elect at its first meeting in each calendar year a <br /> chairman and a vice-chairman from among its members. The chairman, or in his absence the <br /> vice-chairman, shall preside at all meetings of the Board and perform such other duties and <br /> functions as may be delegated to or imposed upon either of them by this or any other ordinance <br /> or by the rules and regulations of the Board. A secretary of the Board shall be provided by the <br /> Mayor. The secretary shall keep the minutes and records of the Board, prepare all notices, <br /> conduct all correspondence and perform such other duties as shall be required by the Board. <br /> (Ord. 90-125. Passed 5-21-91.) <br /> 1123.03 MEETINGS. <br /> The Board of Zoning Appeals shall meet at least once a month and at such other times as <br /> the Board may determine, or upon call of the chairman. All meetings shall be open to the public. <br /> (Ord. 90-125. Passed 5-21-91.) <br /> 1123.04 DUTIES. <br /> The Board of Zoning Appeals shall adopt regulations and rules of procedure. It shall <br /> keep a record of its proceedings showing the vote of each member upon each question, or, if <br /> absent or failing to vote, indicate such fact. The concurring vote of three members shall be <br /> necessary to pass upon any matter or to permit a variance or exception from the requirements of <br /> this Zoning Code. It shall keep records of its examinations and other official actions. Every rule <br /> or regulation, every amendment or repeal thereof and every order, requirement, decision or <br /> determination of the Board shall immediately be filed in the office of the Board and shall become <br />
