AGREEMENT <br /> between <br /> CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, OHIO <br /> and <br /> RICHARD L. BOWEN + ASSOCIATES, INC. <br /> for <br /> CONSULTING ENGINEERING SERVICES (2016-2018) <br /> THIS AGREEMENT made at North Olmsted, Ohio, effective on the of <br /> , 2015 by and between the CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, 5200 Dover Center <br /> Road, North Olmsted, Ohio 44070 [hereinafter referred to as "CITY"], and RICHARD L. <br /> BOWEN+ASSOCIATES, INC., 13000 Shaker Boulevard, Cleveland, Ohio 44120 [hereinafter <br /> referred to as "CONSULTING ENGINEER"]; <br /> WHEREAS, CONSULTING ENGINEER and various of its employees have served <br /> CITY as consulting engineers, City Engineers, and Assistant City Engineers, since 2006; and <br /> WHEREAS, the CITY's Council, pursuant to Ordinance No. 2015- , authorized <br /> the Mayor, upon the recommendation of the Director of Planning and Development, to enter into <br /> a new three-year contract to CONSULTING ENGINEER to again provide engineering services <br /> as the CITY's Division of Engineering and to provide employees to serve as the City Engineer <br /> and Assistant City Engineer; <br /> NOW THEREFORE, the CITY and CONSULTING ENGINEER, each acknowledging <br /> the sufficiency of the consideration contained in the terms and conditions of the Agreement, <br /> agree as follows: <br /> SECTION 1. BASIC SERVICES. <br /> 1.1 The BASIC SERVICES shall be the services set forth below in paragraph 1.2. <br /> Such services shall be performed by a City Engineer and/or Assistant City Engineer.
