Council Minutes of 12-01-2015 Ordinance 2015-107 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its second reading. An Ordinance to revise the Codified Ordinances by adopting current replacement pages; and declaring an emergency. Resolution 2015-109 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its second reading. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract with Mad Bomber Fireworks Productions to provide a fireworks display for the 2016 North Olmsted Fourth of July celebration. Ordinance 2015-112 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. An Ordinance to make and transfer appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 2015, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance 2015-113 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. An Ordinance to make and transfer appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 2016, and declaring an emergency. MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS Councilman Kearney scheduled a Finance Committee meeting for Tuesday, December 8, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. to discuss Ordinance 2015-112 and 2015-113. The Finance Director is asked to attend. Council President Jones scheduled a Committee of the Whole for Tuesday, December 8, 2015 at 7:25 p.m. to discuss Springvale Bonding. The Mayor, Finance Director and Law Director are asked to attend. Councilwoman Hemann scheduled an Intra-Governmental Committee meeting for Tuesday, December 8, 2015 at 8:00 p.m. to conduct interviews for the Building and Zoning Board of Appeals.
