CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2016 —10 <br />BY: Mayor Kennedy <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED TO ENTER INTO A TWO-YEAR AGREEMENT <br />WITH IMPERIAL VENDING COMPANY IN ORDER TO PROVIDE <br />FOR VENDING MACHINE SERVICES AT THE NORTH OLMSTED <br />RECREATION CENTER. <br />WHEREAS, acting pursuant to the provisions of Section 111.01 of the North <br />Olmsted Codified Ordinances, the Recreation Commissioner solicited proposals for a <br />revenue generating contract for the purpose of providing vending machine services at the <br />North Olmsted Recreation Center; and <br />WHEREAS, following evaluation of proposals under Section 111.01, the <br />Recreation Commission recommended Imperial Vending to the Board of Control; and <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council, based upon the recommendation of <br />the Board of Control, to enter an Agreement with Imperial Vending Company for a two- <br />year period from April 1, 2016 through March 31, 2018; <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED, CUYAHOGA COUNTY, AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Mayor be and he hereby is authorized to enter into a two- <br />year Agreement with Imperial Vending Company, for the purpose of providing vending <br />machine services at the North Olmsted Recreation Center, for the term of April 1, 2016 <br />through March 31, 2018, in substantially the form and substance of the Agreement, a <br />copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A, with only such changes as may be <br />determined necessary by the Director of Law to comply with law. <br />SECTION 2: That this Resolution shall take effect and be in force from and after <br />the earliest period allowed by law upon its passage and approval by the Mayor <br />PASSE�II.C�c Uv( <br />First Reading: ' <br />Second Reading: % <br />Third Reading: <br />Committee: <br />
