The scope of the project is as follows: <br />• Maintenance facility <br />• Covered storage facility <br />• Turf care environmental center & relocation of fueling system <br />• Paved maintenance parking/work area, extension of cart path, paved cart path storage <br />area <br />• South face fagade renovation <br />• Renovation of Ballroom kitchen, addition of lower level serving kitchen, freight elevator <br />• Demolition of south lower level additions <br />• Development of two-sided pavilion structure <br />• Paved surfaces <br />• Landscaping/fencing <br />• Development of dumpster/generator enclosure (generator & installation in later phase) <br />• Development of proposed Ballroom elevated deck & stair <br />• Development of lower level golfers' restrooms <br />• General clean-up of existing maintenance facility & entire lower level of existing facility <br />Architectural Services Include: <br />• Field measuring to verify existing conditions <br />• Evaluation of existing conditions <br />• Building code review <br />• Programming meetings <br />• Design development and associated meetings <br />• Development of construction documents for competitive bidding and associated meetings <br />
