Resolution 2016-85 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract with the All Traffic Solutions / Intuitive Control Systems LLC to purchase two (2) trailer-mounted, speed warning display units for the North Olmsted Division of Police; and further authorizing the Mayor to execute all documents necessary to effectuate such purchase. Resolution 2016-86 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. A Resolution authorizing the Director of Planning & Development to negotiate the sale of city owned real property identified as PPN 234-12-052, vacant land located at 6652 Charles Road, and subject to review and approval by the Director of Law, authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with a purchaser, and further requiring that the net proceeds from the sale shall be directed into the Building and Land Acquisition and Improvement Fund. Resolution 2016-87 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. A Resolution authorizing the Director of Planning & Development to solicit proposals for professional services for the residential street file scanning project and, subject to approval of the Board of Control, to authorize the Mayor to enter into a contract for such services. Resolution 2016-88 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. A Resolution authorizing the Director of Planning & Development to solicit bids for the demolition and removal of dangerous buildings located at 30399 Lorain Road as a public nuisance; and further authorizing the costs to be certified as a tax lien upon said real property pursuant to Section 1363.108 of the Codified Ordinances, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance 2016-89 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. An Ordinance to make and transfer appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 2016, and declaring an emergency. MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS Councilman Kearney scheduled a Finance Committee meeting for Tuesday, September 13, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. to discuss Resolution 2016-87 and Ordinance 2016-89. The Finance Director and Planning & Development Director are asked to attend.
