I have broken our proposal into three <br />needed components. <br />Phase I <br />This is the information gathering and documentation portion of the study. In this phase our firm <br />will review all the existing drawings and documentation, field measure the existing facilities and <br />site, develop a partial existing conditions drawings based on our field measurements and <br />research, and perform a cursory study of the park and its facilities evaluating the current <br />condition. Finally we will meet with you to report our findings and to review the future vision <br />of the park and its facilities. At the end of this phase you will be provided with existing <br />conditions overall site plan. <br />Phase I documentation services <br />Optional full property survey <br />$ 2,400.00 <br />$10,830.00 <br />Note iffull property survey option is selected, then Phase I documentation services can be <br />reduced by $1,000.00. <br />Phase II <br />In phase II we will again utilize the overall site plan, and existing facilities plans that we have <br />developed in order to provide a schematic scope of work for each area and assign a budget <br />amount to the items/areas identified. <br />Phase II Schematic Planning Services $ 6,300.00 <br />
