CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2016 —117 <br />By: Mayor Kennedy <br />A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE FISCAL OFFICER OF CUYAHOGA <br />COUNTY TO PAY TO THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, OHIO, DURING <br />THE YEAR 2017, ALL MONEY DUE AND OWING SAID CITY FROM <br />ANY COLLECTION SOURCE, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, <br />COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the County Fiscal Officer be and is hereby requested to pay to the <br />City of North Olmsted, during the year 2017, all tax money due and owing said city from any <br />and all tax collection sources. <br />SECTION 2: That the Clerk of Council shall immediately forward a certified copy of <br />the Resolution to the County Auditor. <br />SECTION 3: That this Resolution shall take effect and be in force at the earliest date <br />permitted by Article IV, Section 12, of the Charter of the City of North Olmsted. <br />SECTION 4: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health, safety and welfare of <br />this City and for the further reason that it is necessary that this legislation go into effect <br />immediately so that the Fiscal Officer can pay any monies due and owing beginning January 1, <br />2017, and further provided that it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of the members of <br />this Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: Pm.t/'L4 ( I�j, cl6/'� <br />ATTES <br />6% <br />Charles Massarolo II, Clerk of Council <br />APPROVED: I I —I �'w I <br />Kevin"K4.
