(g) This section shall apply to any residential use district classed as <br />A, B, C or Two Family Residence District, as well as all other districts used <br />for human habitation and occupancy, including but not limited to Residential <br />Cluster (RC), Multiple Residence (Apartment), Residential Office (RO) and <br />Mixed Use Districts, and shall also apply to all premises used and/or <br />occupied for residential purposes and located in any other zoning district, <br />such as General Retail or Limited Industry Districts. <br />(h) This Section shall not apply to motor vehicles which have valid <br />passenger license plates issued by the state, to recreational vehicles parked or <br />stored in accordance with Section 1135.02(h), nor to a temporary purpose <br />incidental to performing maintenance or minor repair services at or upon the <br />premises, or otherwise during the time reasonably necessary for loading or <br />discharging property or passengers, or such conduct as may be in compliance <br />with the directions of a police officer, or as otherwise may be authorized by <br />the Mayor or the Director of Public Safety, upon special circumstances and <br />when such use does not otherwise impair the safety of other persons in the <br />use of any public street or right of way and when such use does not cause <br />blight or otherwise downgrade or detract from the character of the use <br />district. <br />SECTION 2: this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after the <br />earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: ��E�^ IS, <br />ATTES <br />CHARLES AASSAROLOII <br />Clerk of Council <br />APPROVED: 11-(j <br />' <br />w <br />OR KEVIN M.
