<br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR VARIOUS ADMINISTRATIVE AND
<br />LEGISLATIVE PERSONNEL FOR 2016 TO ADJUST THE SALARY RANGE FOR THE MAINTENANCE AND EVENT
<br />COORDINATOR POSITIONS IN THE DIVISION OF SPRINGVALE GOLF COURSE (SECTION 9) TO MEET
<br />FEDERAL GUIDELINES; TO ADJUST THE SALARY RANGE FOR MAYOR'S COURT SUPPORT PERSONNEL
<br />(SECTION 4) FOR UNIFORMITY; TO ADJUST THE 2017 SALARY RANGE FOR PART-TIME DISPATCHERS
<br />(SECTION 8) TO BE COMPETITIVE WITH SURROUNDING COMMUNITIES; AND TO OTHERWISE RESTATE THE
<br />COMPENSATION RATES AND DESCRIPTIONS FOR VARIOUS ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEGISLATIVE
<br />PERSONNEL FOR THE YEARS 2015, 2016 AND 2017, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY, AS AMENDED.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF
<br />CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO:
<br />Section 1: That the following salary ranges are hereby established for legislative employees for the office of
<br />Council. The salaries in this Section shall be determined by City Council as appropriate.
<br />Section 3: That the following salary ranges are hereby established for employees of the Department of Finance
<br />The salaries in this Section shall be determined by the Director of Finance as appropriate.
