Council Minutes of 11-03-2016 Ordinance 2016-110 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its third reading. An Ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of Bonds in a maximum aggregate principal amount of $1,485,000 to provide funds to pay costs of improving Country Club Boulevard and certain other designated streets between certain termini in the City by grading, draining, constructing reconstructing and rehabilitating the pavement base, preparing the surface and resurfacing, installing new sidewalks, decorative crosswalks, curbs, curb ramps and gutters, ornamental street lighting, vehicular and pedestrian traffic control signs, signals and devices, center islands and landscape planting and other site, streetscaping and aesthetic improvements, where necessary, in each case together with the necessary appurtenances and work incidental thereto; and authorizing the execution and delivery of a Bond Registrar Agreement, a Continuing Disclosure Agreement and a Bond Purchase Agreement. Councilman Kearney moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Barker and passed unanimously. Ordinance 2016-110 adopted 5-0. Ordinance 2016-111 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its third reading. An Ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of Bonds in a maximum aggregate principal amount of $1,330,000 to provide funds to pay costs of improving the City's traffic control system, in cooperation with the Ohio Department of Transportation, by acquiring and installing signals and other equipment and devices to direct and control the flow of vehicular and pedestrian traffic in the City, together with the necessary appurtenances and work incidental thereto; and authorizing the execution and delivery of a Bond Registrar Agreement, a Continuing Disclosure Agreement and a Bond Purchase Agreement with respect to the Bonds. Councilman Barker moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Kearney and passed unanimously. Ordinance 2016- 111 adopted 5-0. Ordinance 2016-112 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its third reading. An Ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of Bonds in a maximum aggregate principal amount of $540,000 to provide funds to pay costs of renovating, remodeling, rehabilitating, furnishing, equipping and otherwise improving buildings and facilities in the City's Recreation Center Complex and improving and equipping their site, together with all necessary appurtenances and work incidental thereto; and authorizing the execution and delivery of a Bond Registrar Agreement, a Continuing Disclosure Agreement and a Bond Purchase Agreement. Councilman Kearney moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Barker and passed unanimously. Ordinance 2016-112 adopted 5-0. Ordinance 2016-113 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its third reading. An Ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of Bonds in a maximum aggregate principal amount of $720,000 to provide funds to pay costs of improving the City's sanitary sewer system by renovating, re-equipping and otherwise improving the City's Bradley Road Pump Station and its site, together with all necessary appurtenances and work incidental thereto; and authorizing the execution and delivery of a Bond Registrar Agreement, a Continuing Disclosure Agreement and a Bond Purchase Agreement.
