Provided further, that the appropriations for contingencies can only be expended upon approval of two- <br />thirds vote of Council and for purposes other than those covered by the specific appropriations herein made. <br />SECTION 4: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure immediately necessary for the <br />preservation of the public peace, health, safety and welfare of this City in order to appropriate the funding of urgent city <br />projects; and further provided that it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of the members of this Council, it shall take <br />effect upon its approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: Urc&C AFF 20 <br />ao- <br />Y <br />Charles Massarolo II, Clerk of Council <br />Approved: �Z,✓�� <br />.� - AIL. <br />Kevin M.
