Sturgeon and Laura Sturgeon, Owners of PPN 231- <br />09-023, as owners said parcel of land, collectively referred to as Grantors herein, for valuable <br />consideration received and to be received to our full satisfaction, do hereby grant and convey to <br />the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, a political subdivision of the State of Ohio and referred to as <br />Grantee herein, the perpetual right-of-way and permanent easement for the purposes hereinafter <br />mentioned in the following described premises (the "Premises"): <br />Situated in the City of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga, State of Ohio, known as being <br />part of the above referenced Permanent Parcels as listed and as separately owned by Grantors, <br />respectively, and as said Premises is shown on the Plat of Lot Split & Consolidation prepared for <br />Sturgeon, Kelly & George, Certified by Sean A. Boland, P.S., approved by the Planning and <br />Design Commission of the City of North Olmsted on April 13, 2016, and as subsequently <br />recorded in Cuyahoga County Records as Further, as said <br />Premises are referenced and legally described by said Plat, as bounded and described as follows: <br />"A copy of the legal description is attached hereto as Exhibit "A" <br />and made a part hereof as if fully written herein. <br />1 <br />
