Council Minutes of 12-6-2016 Administrative Code Titled "Department of Finance" in order to update obsolete code references. Ordinance 2016-133 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. An Ordinance to make and transfer appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 2016, and declaring an emergency. Resolution 2016-134 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. A Resolution authorizing the Director of Planning and Development to advertise for bids for the award of a contract to provide construction services for the Springvale Improvement Project Phase I as detailed in the specifications on file in the Department of Planning and Development, and authorizing the Mayor, following approval of the Board of Control, to contract for the same with the lowest and best bidder. Resolution 2016-135 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. A Resolution authorizing the Director of Planning and Development to advertise for bids for the award of a contract to provide construction services for the Country Club Boulevard Streetscape Project Phase II as detailed in the specifications on file in the Engineering Department, and authorizing the Mayor, following approval of the Board of Control, to contract for the same with the lowest and best bidder. Resolution 2016-136 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. A Resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for the award of a contract to provide construction services for the Community Cabin Improvement Project, as detailed in the specifications on file in the Department of Public Service, and authorizing the Mayor, following approval of The Board of Control, to contract for the same with the lowest and best bidder. Ordinance 2016-137 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. An Ordinance amending Section 331.42 of the Traffic Code in order to correct an obsolete reference to the Ohio Revised Code. Ordinance 2016-138 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. An Ordinance accepting a permanent easement for the installation and maintenance of a stormwater sewer and drainage ditch on permanent parcel number 231-09-023 from Jeffrey and Laura Sturgeon for the purpose of providing stormwater drainage services, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance 2016-139 was introduced and placed on first reading by Council President Jones and behalf of herself and all of Council. An Ordinance to revise the Codified Ordinances by adopting current replacement pages; and declaring an emergency MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS Councilman Barker scheduled a Public Safety, Health & Welfare Committee meeting for Tuesday, December 13, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. to discuss Resolution 2016-137. The Law Director is asked to attend.
