EXHIBIT I <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />1.1 The basic services to be provided by CONTRACTOR under Section 1. Basic <br />Services are as follows: <br />1.1.1 Performance and completion of the construction work included in the <br />CITY'S Request for Bids for construction services for the PROJECT to <br />which the CONTRACTOR prepared and submitted its PROPOSAL, on <br />which this Agreement is based. <br />1.2 The scope of work for any Section 2. Optional Services of the CONTRACTOR, if <br />and when determined by the CITY to be necessary, shall be determined upon receipt of an approved <br />scope and work task breakdown the CONTRACTOR and upon written authorization from the <br />CITY to proceed with the optional services. <br />++ END OF EXHIBIT I ++ <br />
