Location and Setbacks. Off-street parking lots shall meet the setback requirements <br />applicable to parking as specified in the zoning district. <br />B. Parking Construction. The construction of any parking lot shall require approval of a <br />development plan, in accordance with Chapter 1126. <br />1. Pavement. All parking lots and vehicle and equipment storage areas shall be paved with <br />asphalt or concrete, and shall be graded and drained to remove surface water which <br />might accumulate. The reviewing authority may approve alternative paving materials, <br />such as permeable/grass pavers, for all or a portion of the parking areas, based upon <br />credible evidence of the durability and appearance of the proposed materials. <br />2. Drainage. Surface water from parking areas shall be managed in accordance with City <br />Page 1161-6 City of North Olmsted Zoning Code <br />
