38A Building Permit and Certificates of Occupancy 1119.05 <br />1119.03 RECORDS. <br />A record of all certificates of occupancy or conditional certificates of occupancy, <br />whether issued or denied, shall be kept on file in the office of the Building Official and a copy <br />shall be furnished on request to any person having an interest in the building or land affected. <br />(Ord. 90-125. Passed 5-21-91.) <br />1119.04 FEES. <br />No fee shall be charged for any original certificate of occupancy or conditional <br />certificate of occupancy as required herein; but for each copy of an original certificate there <br />shall be a charge of one dollar ($1.00), which shall be remitted to the Director of Finance by <br />the Building Official. <br />(Ord. 90-125. Passed 5-21-91.) <br />1119.05 VOIDANCE. <br />If the use, occupancy or operation should at any time fail to comply with the ordinances <br />of the City or conditions of the certificate of occupancy and such failures to comply continue <br />beyond a time fixed by the Building Official to cure such default, the certificate of occupancy <br />shall become void and all rights thereunder shall terminate and the continuance of the use, <br />occupancy or operation under such certificate shall cease. <br />(Ord. 90-125.
