Definitions <br />YARD, REAR means an open space between the rear of a building and the rear lot line and <br />extending the full width of the lot. <br />YARD, SIDE means an open space between the side of a building and the side lot line <br />extending from the front yard to the rear yard. <br />ZONING CODE means this ordinance and any other, adopted regulations of the City of North <br />Olmsted pertaining to the development and use of land, <br />ZONING DISTRICT means a portion of the community that is officially delineated on the Zoning <br />Map and is subject to a particular set of land use requirements as set forth in the Zoning Code. <br />These requirements, which are uniform throughout the district, control the use of land, the <br />intensity of development and the arrangement of buildings on the land within the district. <br />ZONING MAP means a map (or maps) that graphically delineate(s) the boundaries of all zoning <br />districts within the corporate boundaryof the City. <br />Page 1115-24 City of North Olmsted Zoning Code <br />
