CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 2017 - 38 <br />BY: Mayor Kennedy <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 2006-200 FOR <br />THE PURPOSE OF ESTABLISHING A NEW AND REVISED <br />FEE SCHEDULE FOR VARIOUS CITY BOARDS AND <br />COMMISSIONS, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, with the enactment of 2006-200 in 2006, the fee schedules for the Board of <br />Zoning Appeals, the Board of Building Code Appeals and the Planning and Design Commission <br />were removed from Section 1321.05 of the City Building Code; and <br />WHEREAS, a separate fee schedule was created in 2006-200 for these three city boards and <br />commissions, for the City Landmarks Commission, and for minor change applications; and <br />WHEREAS, the Director of Planning recommends a modest increase in some of the fees for <br />the said boards and commissions and, further, a general reorganization of the fee schedule. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, CUYAHOGA COUNTY, AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That Section 2 of Ordinance 2006-200, which presently reads as follows: <br />That the following fee schedule is established for the following city boards and commissions: <br />Board of Building Code Appeals <br />Application fee - $50.00 <br />Board of Zoning Appeals <br />Residential application fee - $50.00 <br />Commercial application fee - $75.00 <br />Landmarks Commission <br />Certificate of Appropriateness application fee - $10.00 <br />Planning and Design Commission <br />Application fee - $125.00 <br />Minor Change <br />Application fee - $40.00 <br />
