Wage <br />20.40 <br />20.81 <br />21.22 <br />PH <br />Section 10: Division of Parks and Recreation <br />Section 11: That all pay ranges and amounts established will be effective no earlier than January 1 st of the <br />respective year. Salaries specified in this Ordinance shall be paid by the Director of Finance on a biweekly basis. <br />Section 12: Fair Labor Standards Act ("FLSA")/Compensatory ("Comp") Time That, upon approval of the <br />Mayor or respective Director, all full-time personnel listed within this Ordinance, except for those holding Elected <br />or Director positions, the Police Chief, the Fire Chief, and personnel determined by the City to be exempt from the <br />overtime provisions of the "FLSA", will be paid time and one-half their straight time rates of pay for hours worked <br />in excess of forty (40) hours in one work week, unless the Mayor or their respective Director has established and <br />implemented a comp time policy for such personnel that is not in conflict with either the FLSA or Section 161.13 of <br />the Administrative Code.
