B. ADVANCED LIFE SUPPORT I $650.00 <br />C. BASIC LIFE SUPPORT $500.00 <br />D. MILEAGE $12.00 per mile <br />E. NO OXYGEN CHARGE <br />BE AMENDED AND AS AMENDED SHALL READ AS FOLLOWS: <br />All residents and non-residents receiving emergency medical service and or ambulance <br />transportation shall pay a utilization charge therefore on a per person, per call basis determined <br />as follows: <br />A. ADVANCED LIFE SUPPORT II $850.00 <br />B. ADVANCED LIFE SUPPORT I $750.00 <br />C. BASIC LIFE SUPPORT $600.00 <br />D. MILEAGE $14.00 per mile <br />E.
