CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2017 - 61 <br />By: Mayor Kennedy <br />A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE FISCAL OFFICER OF CUYAHOGA <br />COUNTY TO PAY TO THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, OHIO, DURING <br />THE YEAR 2018, ALL MONEY D UE AND OWING SAID CITY FROM <br />ANY COLLECTION SOURCE. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, <br />COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the County Fiscal Officer be and is hereby requested to pay to the <br />City of North Olmsted, during the year 2018, all tax money due and owing said city from any <br />and all tax collection sources. <br />SECTION 2: That the Clerk of Council shall immediately forward a certified copy of <br />the Resolution to the County Auditor. <br />SECTION 3: That this Resolution shall take effect and be in force at the earliest date <br />permitted by Article IV, Section 12, of the Charter of the City of North Olmsted. <br />PASSED:OA(5� �- �, <br />ATTEST: <br />i <br />V <br />Charles Massarolo II, Clerk of Council <br />APPROVED: <br />K in M.
