<br />SECTION 2: That the Clerk of Council shall immediately forward an attested copy of the Ordinance to the Fiscal Officer
<br />of Cuyahoga County.
<br />SECTION 3: That the Director of Finance is hereby authorized to dra w her warrants on the City Treasu ry for payment
<br />from any of the foregoing appropriations upo n receiving proper certificates and vouchers therefore, approv a by the Board of
<br />Officers authorized by law to approve same, or an ord inance or resolution of Co uncil to make the expenditu res; provided that
<br />no warrants shal I be drawn or paid for salar ies or wages except to persons empl oyed by authority of and in accordance w ith
<br />law or ordinance. Provided further, that the approp riations for contingencies can on ly be expended upon approva I of two-
<br />thirds vote of Council and for purposes other than those covered by the specific appro priations herein made.
<br />SECTION 4: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an eme rgency measure immediate ly necessary for the
<br />preservation of the public peace, health, safety an d welfare of this City in order to appropriate the funding of urgent city
<br />projects; and further provided that it receives the of firmative vote of two-thirds of the members of this Counci I, it shall take
<br />effect upon its approval by the Mayor.
