2. For service to establishments producing 60.00 <br />industrial wastes subject to the requirements of <br />Chapter 917 <br />B. Each ten lineal feet or fraction thereof building 10.00 <br />sewer <br />C. Each manhole, inspection chamber, sampling 50.00 <br />chamber or similar structure <br />Such fees shall be paid to the City at the time the application is filed. <br />The building sewer permit shall be issued to the applicant upon approval of plans <br />submitted for such construction. Construction involving openings or excavations in any <br />street, boulevard, avenue or other public place in the City shall be pursuant to Chapter <br />901. Construction shall be made in accordance with the plans approved by the City <br />Engineer for such construction which plans shall thereafter remain on file with the City <br />Engineering Department as a permanent public record. <br />In no case shall such work be commenced and prosecuted unless such permit is issued <br />and is on the premises of and in the possession of the person doing the work authorized <br />by the permit. Each permit shall give the correct name and number of house, building or <br />establishment and the lot or sublot upon which the same is located for the work provided <br />for in the permit. Information shall be so stated on the permit as to sufficiently define by <br />description the premises to be so served and clearly delineate the location of the premises <br />to be so served upon the map of the City's sewage system. <br />(c) All costs and expenses incident to the installation and connection of the <br />building sewer shall be borne by the owner. The owner shall indemnify the City for any <br />loss or damage that may directly or indirectly be occasioned by the installation of the <br />building sewer. <br />(d) In the case of industrial waste permits, the owner shall provide at his expense a <br />sampling manhole installed between the building and the public sewer connection and <br />
